Terms and Conditions

This page lists some of our T&C's of service, including promotions, offers and schemes currently active. Please get in touch should you have any questions. 

Terms of Service use

Session Expiry Policy
Coaching sessions included in your subscription must be scheduled and used within 6 weeks of their billing date. This ensures we can maintain quality, availability, and fairness across all clients.
If sessions are not scheduled within this window, they may be forfeited.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate reschedules, but sessions not booked in time cannot be carried over indefinitely.

Refer a Friend Scheme

Terms and Conditions:

  • Your friend must be a new to Apex Climbing and not received coaching from us previously.

  • The £50 refund will be applied from the third month of the date of the new client signing up (friend), i.e. the eligibility date.

  • You and your friend must be paying members of Apex Climbing from the eligibility date, up to and including the first, second and third month, to receive the refund. The reward itself will be applied via refunding £50 through our payment system back to the account in which was used for your respective subscriptions. 

  • Only existing clients can refer (as of 13/06/2025). The maximum number of referrals is limited to 2 per client per 12 months.

  • Each new customer can only be referred by one current apex customer. 

  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme or promotion.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or cease this scheme at anytime, but to be open & transparent and ensure you review your just rewards, we will honour rewards owed up to a maximum of 2 following the end of the offer. We will notify all those that could be affected in this instance.
