Cancellation Policies

To Cancel or Terminate your Subscriptions or Booked Sessions

Subscription Cancellations

You have a legal right to change your mind about a purchase from us within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are as follows:

  1. In relation to services: You have a 14 day grace period from the day of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. However, once we have provided any of the services purchased you will not be entitled to a refund, even if your are still within your first billing month, or if you cancel after we have delivered any of the services (including but not limited to any training plan, coach or session assignment or additional coach support). 

  2. In relation to goods: You have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

Termination of all Coaching Subscriptions

Our subscriptions requires an upfront payment of your first months fee to complete your purchase. Following the 14 day grace period, you are then committed to make 6 further payments taken every month starting on the day of purchase, for which you will receive all services offered within the subscription you have chosen. 

Following the initial 6 months term, your subscription will then renew automatically on a 2 month rolling basis unless and until you let us know that you wish to terminate by giving the notice specified below. If you need to take a break from training at any time your payments must still continue uninterrupted for a minimum 31 day period. If you wish to 'freeze' your subscription (i.e. skip the next payment) (for example due to injury) you must let us know via emailing info.apexclimbingcoaching@gmail.com as soon as possible . We will consider 'freezing' payments on a case by case basis only. If this is possible, we will confirm by reply what date this is from and too. This will only 'freeze' the next payment and you will be required to email again no earlier than 1 week prior to your payment date to be considered for a 'freeze' again. We will only consider up to 2 (two) consecutive subscription 'freezes'. 

All subscriptions can only be terminated by giving us at least 31 days notice before your next payment date, by email to info.apexclimbingcoaching@gmail.com. A notice will only take effect once all parties have agreed on the cancellation date. Please note that if your final subscription payment is due to be taken after the end of your current training plan, you will not receive any further training to cover this period. You will however recieve all coaching sessions owed to you for which you have paid for. 

If you do not provide at least 31 days notice of cancellation, the deposit that you pay at the beginning of your subscription will be forfeited and we will use it to help cover any losses that we incur as a result.

If you place an order for a subscription and you cancel after being assigned a coaching session, but before receiving your first training plan, your first months payment will be forfeited and we will use it help to cover the losses that we incur as a result.

We may terminate or (at our option) suspend the provision of our services if we do not receive from you any payment that is due to us.

Cancelling your booked coaching sessions

To cancel any booked in-person or online coaching session/meeting, you must provide at least 1 (one) week's notice via emailing info.apexclimbingcoaching@gmail.com in which to be entitled to any replacement session or re-booking of that session or meeting. Failing to do so will result in losing that session/meeting in which to cover the costs incurred. In the event that your booking has been made less than 1 (one) week in advance, the required notice period for any cancellation will be reduced to 48 hours prior to your session/meeting start time. Failing to do so will also result in losing that session/meeting in which to cover the costs incurred.
